シノプシス
進学校の椚ヶ丘中学校で落ちこぼれクラスとされる3年E組に、ある日、タコの型をしたえたいの知れない生物が担任教師としてやって来る。謎の生物は翌年3月に地球を破壊すると宣言しており、その暗殺がE組の生徒たちに依頼され、暗殺の成功報酬として100億円が提示される。果たして、この“殺せんせー”こと謎の生物を、生徒たちは暗殺することができるのか。
ラリー・クラウンは、大学を出ていないという理由から長きにわたって勤務してきたスーパーをリストラされてしまう。その後、隣に住む夫婦の勧めで地元の大学に通うことに。大学での新生活に希望を抱くラリーだったが、ラリーを教える教師のメルセデスは仕事への情熱を失っていた。しかし、そんな二人の出会いがお互いの人生を大きく変えていく。
