A film about the first benefit rock concert when major musicians performed to raise relief funds for the poor of Bangladesh. The Concert for Bangladesh was a pair of benefit concerts organised by former Beatles guitarist George Harrison and Indian sitar player Ravi Shankar. The shows were held at 2:30 and 8:00 pm on Sunday, 1 August 1971, at Madison Square Garden in New York City, to raise international awareness of, and fund relief for refugees from East Pakistan, following the Bangladesh Liberation War-related genocide.

'사랑'에 대한 소중함이 사라지고, 혼란스러운 사회가 이어지던 청조시대에 권력을 장악한 오족인들에 의해 다른 계층은 완전히 무시되어 버리고, 서로간의 결혼은 물론 일체의 친분을 맺는등의 교류는 금지된다. 3품관리인 축씨 부부는 이런 사회기류속에서 신분상승을 노리며 자신의 딸인 축영대(양채니 분)를 막강세도가인 마씨 가문으로 시집보내려는 목적으로, 그 집안과 걸맞는 교육을 받을 수 있도록 영대를 성희학교로 보낸다. 성희학교는 남자만이 입학할 수 있는 곳으로 예전의 영대의 어머니가 그랬듯이 영대도 남장을 한채 입학을 하고, 엄격한 가정환경에서 해방된채 자유를 누리게 된다. 그러던 그녀는 양 산백(오기륭 분)이라는 가난한 신분의 청년을 만나며 사랑의 감정을 만들어 가고, 어느 순간부터인가 산백도 영대에게 애틋한 감정을 느끼게 되지만, 영대를 남자로 알고있는 산백은 스스로의 그런 혼란스러워져서 괴로워 한다. 결국, 영대는 마씨집안과의 혼인을 위해 학교를 떠나고, 그제서야 영대가 여자인 사실을 알게된 백상은 서로의 사랑을 확인하게 된다. 결국, 산백은 과거에 급제해 현령이 되지만 아직도 그와 영대 사이에는 넘을 수 없는 신분의 벽이 가로막고 있는데..

Jimmy Page and Robert Plant, both formerly of the English hard rock band Led Zeppelin, recorded and toured in the mid-1990s under the title Page and Plant. The pair re-united in 1994 and, after recording a highly successful first album, they embarked on a world tour. They then recorded a second album, followed by another world tour, before disbanding at the end of 1998. They later briefly reunited in 2001.
