줄거리고교 교사인 벵어는 자신이 원하던 무정부주의 수업 대신 프로젝트 수업으로 전체주의 수업을 맡게 된다. 전체주의의 여러 모습을 수업시간에 적용하는 것을 통해 그 허구와 부정적 부분을 드러내려 한 벵어의 시도는 점차 그의 의도를 넘어서 파국으로 치닫는다.

오세아니아 지도자들은 국민들을 지배하기 위해 대형당을 조직해 사람들을 통제 감시한다. 스미스(존 허트)는 기록부에 근무하며 신문기사를 수정하는 사람으로 현재의 일을 당에서 원하는 대로 글을 수정한다. 그런데 대형당의 간부 오브라이언(리차드 버튼)은 스미스를 면밀하게 감시한 끝에 그가 사상죄를 범한 것을 알고 체포 심문하게 된다. 대형당의 당칙은 불순분자로 체포한 이들을 사상적으로 철저하게 복종하게 만든 후 그 사람이 사상적으로 완전 무장 되었다고 여겨지면 그때 사형을 시키는 오직 죽음 뿐인 당칙하에 그 모든 조직을 움직인다.

A group of tenants living in an old house are confronted with having to move out due to a renovation project the city has undertaken. The tenants decide to unite and come up with a strategy, but in the process—while the landlord and his aggressive attorney are chasing them—the tenants transform into the opposite of who they once were.

Impelled by a spirit which still preserves a patina of idealism, Alfredo arrives to Madrid with the intention to create "a performance that is free, straight from the heart, capable of making people feel alive". His concept of what acting should be begins beyond the stage, out in the streets face to face with the public. Outdoors, in any town square, in a park or in the city's most commercial street, Alfredo and his troupe November start the show; demons to provoke passers-by, displays of social conscience, actions taken to the extreme to put the forces of law and order on full alert. There are no limits, no censorship; only ideas which are always valid so long as the public ceases to be the public and becomes part of the show swept by surprise, fear, tears or laughter. Theater as life, life as theater… there is no longer any difference.

In an apocalyptic future world, a young upper class couple is visiting an exhibition of surrealistic paintings, presented by a group of young anarchists in their loft flat where they trap and torture their high society guests.

1994년 영국 리버플의 한 시영공립 주택에서 한 노인이 사망한다. 그날 밤 유품 정리를 하던 손녀는 낡은 가방 하나를 발견하다. 그 안에는 오래된 편지 뭉치, 스페인 내란에 관한 신문 스크랩, 청춘의 할아버지와 동지들이 무장한 채 찍은 1936년 바르셀로나라는 문구가 씌어진 옛 사진들과 붉은 리본을 말라붙은 흙으로 싸둔 손수건, 그리고 스페인 공화파를 옹호하며 모임을 선전하는 삐라가 들어 있다. 1936년 리버플의 모임에서 한 스페인 시민군이 노동자들의 참전을 독려하는 열정적인 연설을 한다. 그는 프랑코의 스페인 공화정부에 반란상황을 설명하면서 유럽의 민주정부들의 도움을 거부하고 국제 노동자들의 참여를 호소한다. 그의 호소에 감동을 받은 데이빗은 실업수당을 받고 배고픈 시위를 하는 영국에서의 생활에 염증을 느끼고 스페인으로 가기로 한다.

This drama depicts the misery of neglected children in big cities. 13 years old Bruno is of a good family, but since the death of his grandmother he spends most of his time alone, in a phantasy world, while his mother is away at work. But then he befriends the violent Jean-Roger, who's from a severely disturbed family, where nobody cares what he's doing. In school Jean-Roger drives their teacher into despair just for fun. To separate the two boys, she starts to stimulate Bruno's interests by giving him extra lessons. When Jean-Roger fears loosing his one and only friend, he becomes even more aggressive.

Soldier Ignaz Wolz returns from WWI with an immeasurable hatred of capitalist war profiteers. He decides to start his own revolution, but tries to stay away from the organized class struggle. He steals from the rich men and divides the wealth among the poor. One day, Wolz is arrested and sentenced to life in prison; seven years later he is released due to mass protests. More than ever, it is hard for him to fit in. He severs ties with his former companions, who reject his ideas, and leaves Germany.

마이크 리의 다른 초기작들처럼 저소득층 가족을 다루고 있는데 90년대 이후의 작품들처럼 유려하게 흘러가진 않는다. 다소 거친편이며 무엇보다 유머가 없다. 가족은 물론 주위의 친지들까지 무례하고 천박함의 바닥을 보여주는데 이들의 성정이 그렇다 보니 비난과 책임회피로 가득하다. 하층민일 수록 가정에 불화는 더 만연하다는 것을 여과없이 드러내고 있는 작품.

엔죠 토모에는 날마다 자신의 어머니에게 살해당하는 꿈을 꾸게 된다. 괴로움을 이기지 못한 엔죠 토모에는 결국어머니를 살해한다. 그 길로 집을 나와 거리를 배회하던 중 료기 시키를 만나게 되고 그녀의 집에서 신세를 지게 된다. 길을 걷던 엔죠 토모에는 우연히 자신의 어머니를 보게 되고 료기와 함께 그녀의 뒤를 쫓는다. 그녀가 도착한 곳은 다름 아닌 본인의 집. 믿기 힘들게도 그 집에는 엔죠 토모에의 부모님은 살아 있고 그들은 자식인 엔죠를 살해하고 스스로 목숨을 끊는 날을 반복한다.

블랙홀에서 온 외계인들의 메카고지라를 앞세운 지구침략 작전은 실패로 돌아갔다. 하지만 블랙홀 외계인들의 후발대는 고지라에게 파괴된 메카고지라의 잔해를 회수하고 다시 부활시키는데 성공한다. 여기에 세상에 대한 원한으로 가득한 지구인 과학자가 사육하던 괴수 티타노 사우르스까지 가담해 다시 지구침략을 시작한다. 이들에 맞서는 고지라는 다시 한번 지구를 지킬 수 있을까?
